Application:
It is especially designed for Clear Packaging Boxes, soft crease box forming, PVC & PET folding box, Transparent Foldable plastic box making. The plastic box can be made of PVC, PET, APET, PETG, GAG, and other Eco-friendly plastic films. Depend on plastic material type: Film Sheets or Plastic Roll, you can choose a semi-auto machine, or an automated machine.

Machine General Features:
The working process:
1. Put the PVC material in roll on the material rack
2. Change the material in roll into flat by flattening system
3. Move transparent PVC material under the welding mould to auto-feeding system
4. Start high frequency welding function to trim soft plastic.
5. Pass semi-finished boxes out of machine by conveyor system

We developed this high frequency machine for the PVC &PET soft-crease boxes, also known as PVC folding box /Offset Printing Folding Boxes/PVC&PET foldable box ,etc.
This is an automatic high frequency soft line creasing machine with flattening system ;
It works with the transparent roll of PVC or PET , go through the flattening system first , before material creased by High Frequency Machine .
This machine makes the perfect creased line on the flat PVC & PET sheet according to the shape
of the box which makes the box easy to fold , fast to pack and elegant in appearance .with
perfect and clean cutting finish ,it easily goes with next production step : the side gluing machine .
